Our visit to EUHA 2019 in Nuremberg, Germany
In October David, Richard and I visited the 64th International Congress of Hearing Aid Acousticians (known as EUHA) in Nuremberg. It is the worlds largest Congress within the audiology industry and it's perfect for businesses like us as it allows us to explore the wide ranging schedule that includes more than 140 exhibitors as well as a plethora of equipment, knowledge and information.
We were excited to engage with manufacturers and businesses to see what equipment they were showcasing and to find out if anything new and exciting was being launched. EUHA is a fantastic opportunity for us to network with our current suppliers as well as meet with new businesses to explore their product ranges to see if there is anything else that fits within our market.
We also sat in with Phonak at their 'Digital Dinner' experience which allowed us to listen to the experience of a hearing aid user connecting with a Roger Select for an improved listening experience in different conversation-in-noise situations.
We also attended the Rayovac European Audiologist of the Year award ceremony to see the british audiologist, Paula Cook, pick up the title. A fantastic achievement and Paula was absolutely delighted to win the award. You can read the full article about the award here.
